INFLUENCING THE IMMUNE SYSTEM WITH WIM HOF METHOD SCIENCE

I was so fascinated and breathing deep after watching the second episode of the gooplab TV Show on Netflix where they featured Him Wolf!

he is a Dutch athlete and Guinness World Record setter known for his ability to cope with extreme cold for a long time. He has done so many incredible things like hold himself in ice water for nearly two hours with elevated body temperature.

He teaches his breathing technique that makes people feel great and Wim’s charisma is energizing in itself. So many people have used the Wim Hof Method to enhance athletic performance, boost immunity, mitigate symptoms of chronic disease, and push themselves against mental health triggers.

I have heard Tim Ferris saying about the cold shower technique, but I did not know that he is also a follow of Wim Hof.

The Wim Hof Method is based on:

1. Third eye meditation;

2. Cold exposure by a variety of techniques;

3. Specialized breathing techniques.


He believes that " If you can learn how to use your mind, anything is possible"
