THE ART OF OCEAN HEALING

I grew up in the coastal city of Santos, Brazil. growing up by the ocean was a privilege.

the ocean for me has always been my healer. being able to meditate watching the sunset (yes we see the sun sets on the ocean horizon if though we are on the eastcoast). to let the saltwater heal my wounds and wash away my pains. last 6 months I got to travel to a few different coastal cites like Varberg, Sweden, Barcelona, Costa Brava, Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, and Genova. my favorite place was Varberg. Getting to know the ocean that my partner grew up by was truly special. the water was saltier, the sand thinner but the sunset the same. crazy how the two of us grew up by different oceans worlds apart and our paths met in between on the coast of California.
